In common law a court is set up after a claim of right, and a man or woman is judged by a jury of 12 of their peers. Only a unanimous vote can actually convict a man or a woman. One or more votes for acquittal means there is reasonable doubt so that the man or woman is considered innocent!

However, the legal court is a for-profit registered company a fictitious entity that judges persons, or legal persons, and to help with the profits of the company a unanimous vote is not necessary, just a majority vote will do! Reasonable doubt then is established by a majority not a by single vote or more. However, the legal person does not understand that it is his or her legal title that is being judged and not the living man or woman. The system whereby a fictitious person is set up in one's name is considered to be constructive fraud by common law advocates! The fictitious person is a company name which the powers that be create and control.
